Biography
Hello, I am Alejandro Bahena, a chartered psychologist and counsellor with a diverse educational and professional background. My journey in the field of psychology encompasses a counselling diploma, followed by a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in social science, and finally, a Ph.D. in social psychology.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including prison institutions, public health, and universities. Over the past four years, I have dedicated myself to higher education, honing my expertise in this domain. Through my extensive experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic approaches.
My theoretical foundation encompasses person-centred therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and psychodynamic principles. With this broad knowledge base and a passion for supporting individuals, I strive to provide effective and compassionate psychological assistance.
