My Approach

In my approach to therapy, I combine several evidence-based methods tailored to meet your unique needs.

 

Using Person-Centred Therapy, I focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their experiences and explore their emotions, fostering personal growth.

 

I also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you regulate emotions, manage stress, and enhance your interpersonal relationships.

 

Additionally, I draw on Psychodynamic Therapy to explore unconscious patterns and past experiences, helping you understand how they shape your current behaviours and emotional responses.

 

Together, these approaches create a holistic path toward healing and self-awareness.
